What goes into the estimate?

Use the same currency for every price field. Enter the trip distance in kilometers, your mover's hourly rate and estimated labor hours, a combined truck and supplies charge, any travel charge per kilometer, and other known fees. The calculation adds labor, distance-based travel, truck and supplies, and other fees.

Example move

For a 50 km trip, labor at 100 per hour for 6 hours, 150 for truck and supplies, 1 per kilometer in travel charges, and no other fees, the estimate is (100 × 6) + (50 × 1) + 150 = 800 in your chosen currency.

Before booking: Ask the mover about minimum hours, stair or elevator charges, packing, taxes, tips, insurance and delays. The estimate is a planning figure, not a mover's quote. Enter those known charges in Other fees if you want them included.
